Code of Conduct Violations

MOSAIC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, caste, or religion (or lack thereof).

Harassment includes but is not limited to offensive verbal or non-verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of the event, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any of our events, including talks, webinars, and other online media.

The code of conduct and anti-harassment policies apply to everyone participating in the event, including volunteers and organisers.

If an individual engages in harassing behaviour, the MOSAIC team may take any action they deem appropriate, including a formal warning or expulsion from the event.

Regardless of the event being a virtual or online-only event, we expect participants to adhere to these rules in all avenues, online and offline alike.
